COUNSELING SERVICES

I hold a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor granted by the Virginia Board of Counseling. I have worked for 10 years in the Community Mental Health Field serving children, adolescents and their families.

 

I have received years of training that have guided my Therapeutic approach to include Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. Other trainings have included Clinical Supervision training, K-12 threat assessment, School and Campus Safety Threat Assessment Conference, Violence and Aggression training, Sexual Acting Out Training, Domestic Violence Training, Training in Dual Diagnosis, and two trainings through VCU focused on Autism.  

 

I have a passion for working with adolescence transitioning into adulthood and helping them discover their potential.
